Trademark Infringement, Bethlehem Style: Star and Bucks???

I am indebted to fellow parishioners at Church of the Redeemer in Sarasota for this photo, which shows the "Star & Bucks" cafe just adjacent to the Church of the Nativity.

"Look very closely...... I guess there are no trademark infringements to worry about in Bethlehem, Palestine...inside the westbank. "

  2. Trademark laws are specific to each country. If Starbucks did not apply for a trademark in Palestine, then the copy-cat store would be legal.
